A totally derelict end of terrace cottage has been completely re-built with a major addition onto the pavement to the west to accommodate two bathrooms, a cloakroom, entrance hall and study within the main part of the house. The rear extension was re-built to a new design to provide a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a kitchen dining room with totally engineered indoor outdoor space with hermetically ceiled sliding doors and recessed drainage. The planting and pergola are major elements of the design.
